 Planning supply chain schedules in advance in preparation for busy seasonal periods Keeping in touch with suppliers and developing relationships with them. Negotiating with suppliers to minimize raw material, Packing Material cost. Keeping accurate records of products, contracts, pricing and invoicing information. Make Finish Good, Raw Material & Packing Material report on Daily Basis. To Purchase & prepare documents for NMD, Packing Material & Raw Material. To appropriate documentation and maintenance of all item purchased. To handle rejection & damage of goods & ensure replacement. To maintain the record of all vendors i.e. vendor evaluation & Continual evaluation. Prepare and analyze out of stock, excess inventory. To analyze sales report on monthly basis. Follow up with R&D for changes in artwork. To Deal with complaint & communicate with concern vendors.

 To work closely with Manager SAP & ERP for implementation of MRP in SAP Effectively Run Production Planning and Monitoring To prepare & monitor daily Manufacturing Plans of all areas. To prepare & monitor daily & hourly Packing Plan To prepare & monitor daily QC Testing, Packing& Raw Material Release Plan Coordinate with other Department to timely execution of orders (Commercial & Export). Responsible to make all Production Orders in SAP Monthly closing of open production orders in SAP To make critical issues report for Top Management review To follow up with R&D for New artwork development. To ensure on time deliveries of export and institutional orders Daily Update RM & PM Stock Report. To conduct periodic time & motion studies To perform machine / production capacity studies To Analysis the productivity of Staff. Cost reduction Analysis. Make Purchase requisition in SAP. To update all types of Daily and weekly reports and analysis, e.g. FG TP&PSanalysis Packing Analysis (Quantity and Value wise) Monthly Sales Analysis Report Daily Production Report Deviation of production& packing report.
