-Working as a Plant In-Charge at Acids ( Sulfuric acid & Nitric Acid ) production, recovery and concentration plants.-Executes Start up, processing, maintenance and shut down of acid manufacturing plant for the Production of pure Sulfuric acid through contact process.-Controlling and Monitoring Production of Oleum through contact process.-Ensuring smooth and continuous operations of acid manufacturing and recovery plants including De-nitration & CNA plants.-Concentration of weak nitric acid to concentrated Nitric acid through Extractive rectifying/distillation process on NACSAC plant.-Concentration of weak sulfuric acid.-Monitoring and controlling plant parameters through DCS control system.-Ensuring safe execution of ongoing processes at running plant.-Coordination with maintenance departments for plant maintenance ( Scheduled and Yearly Maintenance) -Executing Safe and smooth startups/shutdowns along with equipment hand over in turnarounds.-Implementation of IMS policy as per POF and Govt. rules and regulations. -Ensuring safe execution of on going processes at running plant.-Safety practices and lectures.-Implementation of HSE policy.-Record Keeping-Energy Management -Allocation of Workers as per requirement-Office Documents management-Audit reports Management-Audit execution, Checklist making, Checklists verification, Plant surveys, -Making Compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 as per IMS policy and Government rules and regulations.-HIRA: Performed Hazard Identification and Risk analysis-Performed PERT analysis-Implemented 5S for better housekeeping-Made Work instructions and procedures for plant operations.

-Team Work to carry out production requirements - Monitor greige fabric inspection according to Levi's system or 4-point grading system-Checking running parameters-Checking any variation in running parameters -Evaluating and re-check the greige inspection reports of last 24 hours. -Decision for acceptance or rejection of greige fabric as per NDF standard-Fabric behaviour -Highlighting weaving issues as per inspected summaries with samples to production GM for further decision-Any problem related to fabric like crease, stains.- Monitoring the consistency in warp weft yarn sources from same supplier in all qualities-In case of any variation and problem making report.-Discuss any variation and problem with seniors and inform to supervise to make adjustments.-Making daily reports of problems and variations.-Making record of running fabric.-Customer and consumer response management-Take care of color mixing process and plant maintenance-Make preventive maintenance as per PM module and order spare parts timely for themaintenance execution-Maintenance of raw materials and semi-finished products-Review and analyze quality index to carry out root cause analysis for failure andcorrective action plan-To take care of overall production line responsibility and ensure quality parameters-Daily shift report making and discussing with managers-Coordination between various departments
