I am a passionate Recruitment Professional with extensive experience in finding the right Operational and IT Talent for public and private sector organizations. I am skilled in job analysis, applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and managing relationships. Prior to becoming a recruiter I worked in the banking and finance organizations where supported operations by managing up to 10 finance professionals. As a Team Lead I take pride in empowering people to become great at what ever they choose to do. I also facilitated training sessions online and in person to support organizational development initiatives. I hav been part of 3 major organizational transformation projects in the area of digitalization. I have extensive experience in supporting organizational change initiatives resulting in diversification of service offerings.Because of my past experience in banking and finance, I have gained exceptional knowledge in the area of Export and Import trade.
