My role as an Engineering Assistant, I was given a task of leading shift and schedule maintenance. Every project, and every challenge has left an indelible mark on my skill, shaping me into the person I am today. I am also part of the ERT (emergency response team) member in ensuring the safety of my department. The Foundation YearsAs I delved deeper into my role, I began to build the foundation of my semiconductor career. The machine includes maintenance on the epitaxy reactor, scrubber, TCS saturator, Gas panel, Visual inspection on robot and Bag sealer. Challenges day by day include resolving issues being brought up by process engineers and production. Example on issue is when our machine didn't make wafer thickness specifications from our customer. As the technician, I need to resolve the issue on my machine to match customer specifications.
