The overall management of Utilities, HVAC & Rest of Plant, by ensuring timely and effective equipment maintenance and ensuring non-stop availability of Utilities Function to ensure equipment reliability, production compliance & optimal equipment efficiency, with the aid of the Artisans across all shifts.Lead the Utilities team by developing multi-skilled workforce and build upon encouraging culture for team performance. • Coordinate the Planned Maintenance (Utilities & Rest of Factory) Assist the Utilities Maintenance Manager in developing Utilities PM Calendar and execute plans Periodic Overhaul for safe and economic operation and maintenance of the Utilities and Rest of factory• Provide in-house support to team members in troubleshooting on utilities equipment and help raise skill level of junior artisans• Perform planned and corrective maintenance as directed Computerized Maintenance Management System) and as needed and to account for all parts and materials, supplies and fluids used in the performance of that work.• To comply with all food Safety / safety regulations including isolation, lock out and tag out PTW. • Responsible for all Activities relating to the operations and Maintenance management of plant, implementation of plant operations, schedules, and procedures.• Maintain the Utilities Plant & its surrounding area & all associated auxiliaries in a clean and Safe condition.• Perform emergency procedures to protect personnel and equipment in case of damage or Failure of safety deficiencies.• Execution of manufacturing excellence strategies like 5S, vibration analysis, temperature logging and load recording of critical equipment• Provide in-house support to team members in troubleshooting on utilities equipment and help raise skill level of junior artisans• Manage & develop 3rd party maintenance teams and contractors for mechanical maintenance and projects (Utilities & Rest of Factory areas)
