Working as lead Engineer E&I maintenance and projects. I am responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of Electrical and Instruments as well as working on new projects. I have done the complete project of LABSA (Linera Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid) 72MTPD. Lead all the work related to Electrical and Instrumentation. Starting from MCC and CCR Layouts, earthing work, trench design, cable tray sizing and routes, cable selection and laying, installation of instruments and motors, installation of chiller, compressor and dryer, termination of field equipment, PLC and MCC pannels termination with complete tagging, Instruments configuration, calibration and loop testing. Installation, calibration, commissioning, troubleshooting and testing of ESP(Electro Static Precipitator). Cooling tower, Filling point for tanks and auto filling machine for drums also installed.Also done a project of converting three manual plants of sulphuric acids into a one control unit by making its centralized control room with PLC.Installation of new PLC, Instruments, cable trays bad cables laying, different control loops, automation for the boilers, controlled scrubbers and efficient concentration control loop. Stack analyzer for environment control.Except this Maintenance and Up-gradation of other plants like Wax, Farmic Acid, Sodium sulphate, Aluminum sulphate and SSP (Fertilizer plant).

I started here from supervision of daily maintenance activities related to E&I, their record, reports and SAP work.Then I worked in installation of a furnace at HCL plant. Installation of RTDs, PTs, FTs and their termination, configuration and calibration was done. After one year I got an opportunity to lead the technicians at calcium chloride plant, On Siemens S7-300 PLC control plant I have done plant revamping in its shut down which includes installation of a new burner, inspection of instruments, their maintenance, calibration and new instruments selection. Installation of new air compressor and dryer. Maintenance of MCC nad PLC panels was also included. Pannels for packing machines of 25kg and 1 Ton were also replaced. Weigh scale indicator, load cells installation and calibration was also done. Then I worked on two new projects of Caustic Soda one after another named as IEM-II and IEM-II with Chinese company Blue star.On these plants I worked on wide range of instruments and new DCS. The installation of DCS SUPCON JX-300XP comprising of almost 1500 I/Os each was really a great opportunity. I worked with vendors from I/Os listing to complete installation, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of software and hardware. Termination of DCS Pannels with proper tagging and dressing according to drawings was also done.After this I lead E&I work on two projects of SRS+Sodium sulphate and LABSA. One plant was having DCS PCS-1800 by CHITIC while other had PLC S7-1200 and I worked on both with full potential with vendors.I lead these projects, designed the MCC and CCR Layouts with trunches. Decided the complete cable tray plan for all three floors and implemented the cable laying job with proper measurements and tags. Installed instruments, chillers, compressors and motors. From pannels placement to their complete termination everything was done for both MCC nad CCR.
