- Machine Project Development, BEP, R&D New Products.- 2D & 3D mechanical design (using Autocad, Solidworks) - 3D CMM Measuring Programmer (Zeiss & Calypso) Measuring, inspecting and analyzing workpieces with non-standard geometries, and doing 3D surface analysis.- 3D Scanning, Inspection and Reverse Engineering using ATOS Q, GOM Inspection, Zeiss Reverse Engineering.- Scheduling and preparation for the implementation of new model development/trial- Trial production process control during the development of the new model or in house project- Create a work instruction (WI) for production process.- Coordinate with relevant departments to evaluate problems during the new model engineering trial
