• Co-ordinate with HONG KONG OFFICE FOR REGULAR CONSOL TO DEL.• Receive Pre-alerts of Air from offices/overseas agents and to check the documents.• Complete follow-up with Overseas Agents, Carrier after Shipment Booking.• Contact Carrier, Shipping Line, Co-loader. For delivery order or shipment status.• Update Day to Day Status to the Customer as well as Management through Mail/Phone Call.• Assist CHA for Customs Clearance and provide all required details or documents according to them.• Prepare CAN for Delhi & South India import shipments.• Prepare Invoices with account dept. after delivery of the shipments to the customers for Shipments.• Provide all details to account department for all the import shipment expenses which is used in Delhi and branch offices.• Prepare monthly forex payment details and take approval from signing authority.• Handover all the billing documents to Finance Department.• After remittance approval, handover detail & document to the account dept. to release payment.• Support all departments as per requirement
