Main Purpose of the job:Accountability for the provision of physical customer service and cost achievement on behalf of Nestlé Businesses through the management of both in house and 3rd party distribution operations Key outputs:1. Ensure the delivery of outstanding service at minimum "cost to serve" by correctly setting and monitoring achievement of the target values for service and cost KPIs 2. Ensuring a suitable distribution network is defined by a structured approach towards CI 3. Monitoring and managing Safety, Health and Environment, Quality and CARE regulations and Best Practices 4. Ensuring proper management of labor resources in the Distribution 5. Ensuring that legal obligations are met or exceeded 6. Selection of most suitable 3PLs, establishing and managing sound contract conditions and maintaining a beneficial working relationship with the service providers by adhering to the Procure to Pay process and Nestlé Corporate Business Principles7. Adapting to changes in the logistics and/or market environment and dealing with unexpected Supply Chain disruptions by ensuring an adequate level of flexibility of structures and processes to meet ad-hoc customer requirements.8. Ensure cross functional alignment and commitment including top management's through pro-active communication, transparency and collaboration with customers, within Supply Chain, with Technical & Production, Generating Demand and Finance. To achieve this also by being in communication on decisions/ updates regarding over stock, product shortage, bad goods, ensuring Freshness, portfolio optimization and anticipation of customer behavior 9. Correct construction, control and management of the budget for Physical Logistics (cost budget for Physical Logistics and new investment requirements) 10. Assist Value Stream Design which will identify areas of improvement. Support and help the LEAN rollout, ensuring that a CI culture is developed and sustained

- Led Factory Supply Chain part in new extension of Nutrition Factory in Kejayan Factory in all aspects including organization, building concept, racking system, warehouse management system, and management design- Dismantled several overflow warehouses by building raw material warehouse which is embedded to the factory with effect avoided shuttle cost, lowered stock cover, and accelerated supply to the production warehouse

Distribution Centre's expansion project to Western, Eastern, and Northern Sumatra through changing warehouse management with third party to self-managed

- Distribution Network Redesign- Set up operational measurement at PT Néstle Indonesia Gempol DC & contract manufacturing/co-packer- Extended team for Néstle Market Auditor

- Market representative for NQS (Néstle Quality Scheme) auditor for SEA sub-region- Nestea manufacturing installment from Néstle Malaysia to Néstle Indonesia
