• Assisting Project Manager / Site Manager in organizing, overseeing, tracking and managing daily constructions activities onsite which includes collaborating with consultants, contractors, suppliers and others.• To ensure works onsite to be delivered as per Short Term Planning (SRP) determined during monthly Progress Report Meeting.• Verifying that all construction works adhere to the plans, drawings and specifications.• Ensure all materials and related documents to be prepared upon commencement of works onsite to prevent any unnecessary work disruptions.• Liaison with multiple departments/assets regarding handing over area and logistics movement to ensure smooth work arrangement onsite.• Implementing preventative and safety measures for day to day operational activities, hazards and risk according to Lendlease Global Minimum Requirement (GMR).• Report and propose recommendation action on any unsafe act and unsafe condition onsite.• Ensure contractors to follow Work Method of Statements (WMS) & Safety Work of Statements (SWMS).• Evaluate and solving the discrepancies, clashing/technical issues arising onsite.• Attend & participate in weekly progress, logistics and safety meetings.• Liaison with consultants IOW/COW for pre & post inspection of works onsite.• Off-site visit to fabrication yard/factory to ensure materials quality and fabricated following the schedule.• Close up site memo, NCR, defect lists issued by consultants.• To update relevant reports such as site diary, progress reports and etc.• Project managed was awarded RLI Most Anticipated Opening 2023 in the Global RLI Awards 2023.

• Organize, monitor and control progressively the performance of subcontractors on daily basis.• To monitor architectural, interior design & landscape trade of works onsite in accordance to the specifications and drawings.• Liaison with consultants IOW/COW for inspection of works onsite.• Ensure contractors to follow Work Method of Statements (WMS)• Ensure smooth progress and coordination for onsite works.• Perform quality inspection for workmanship before handing over to client.• Involved in handover of hotel units to client and subsequent defects follow up in Defect Liability Period (DLP)• Ensure works onsite to run smoothly with minimal obstruction during interfacing of trades.• Successfully delivered PPU to Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) for energization. • Attend weekly & monthly meetings (Progress, Safety, Logistics and etc.)• Close up defects list, site memo & NCR issued by consultants.• To update relevant reports such as site diary, progress reports and etc.

• Overseeing and monitoring all architectural trade of works such in accordance to the drawings and specifications.• Monitoring and tracking subcontractors performance on daily basis.• Ensure smooth transition between trades of works.• Evaluate and solving the discrepancies, clashing/technical issues arising onsite.• Liaison with consultants regarding inspection of works onsite.• To close site memos, defect lists and NCR issued by consultants.• Attend & participate in weekly progress, logistics and safety meetings.

• Overseeing, monitoring and tracking all architectural trade of works onsite.• To perform quality inspection as per QLASSIC’s standard.• Conducting inspection for architectural trades of works with IOW/COW.• Ensure all defects to be rectified and close up before handing over to client.• Involved during Vacant Possession (VP) and manage for rectification works for subsequent Defect Liability Period (DLP).• Ensure all defects submitted by clients to be rectified and close up within 30 days.• Planning, assign and tracking subcontractors rectification and housekeeping works on daily basis.• Planning and conducting inspection together with clients after rectification works completed.• Prepare and update relevant documents such as site diary, progress reports, defect list updates and etc.• Attend & participate in weekly progress, logistics and safety meetings.

• Organizing and monitoring all civil and structural trade of works.• Ensure all works onsite in accordance to the drawings and specification.• Optimize the workforce to meet target as per work program.• Liaison with consultants for inspection of works onsite.• To close and update NCR and site memos status.• To plan logistics arrangement prior casting works commencement.• To update relevant documents such as site diary, progress reports and etc.

• Planning and monitoring all works related to infrastructures works such as drain excavation, road widening and piling.• Ensure all works to follow as per drawing and specifications.• To attend and close site memos and NCR .• Liaison with consultants for inspections of works onsite.• To update relevant documentation. (Daily reports, concrete PO, manpower report and etc.)

• Monitoring all works related to civil and structural works such as rebar/formwork/falsework installation, concreting.• Liaison with consultants to get approval before commencing works onsite/inspections.• To close site memo, defect list and NCR issued by consultants.• Ensure interfacing of works onsite in smooth and timely manner.
