- 1st Role (At the retail wallet reports department):o Preparing reports requested by the central bank, board of directors, retail risk department head and policies commission. - 2nd Role (At retail credit risk department ):o Retail analyst for 5 products (banks sector, governmental sector, private sector, pensions and financing clubs' memberships)o Distribution of of work on daily basis among my team memberso Consolidating daily productivity reportso Managing relationship with all Cairo and upper Egypt's branches and units concerning their loans' applicants and the decisions deadlines

▫ Coordination between our company and 3 big clients with more than 13 different departments▫ Designing training schedules and booking meetings▫ Holding training sessions as main instructor in real and virtual training▫ Monitoring 3 emails and handling customers in both sales and technical support▫ Testing the ERP system for logical and functional errors, reporting and distributing tasks ▫ Issuing annual bills for current customers and invoices for the new ones▫ Keeping in touch with current customers and receiving feedback▫ Posting job vacancies online and testing the candidates▫ Welcoming new employees and introducing them to the company’s regulations and routine▫ Translation the missing terms in the program from English to Arabic and vice versa▫ Creating and controlling access roles of all the users▫ Extracting the performance report of employees and data entry personnel▫ Responsible for running the company’s social media accounts (including Facebook, Yahoo groups, LinkedIn… etc.).
