One of the world’s largest Confectionary Manufacturers based out of United States of America with several power brands As an Internal Controls Analyst, reporting to regional IC analyst, am responsible for the following four pillars:• Internal Controls: In this role, I am responsible for the following:1. Ensuring SOX Compliance2. Regularly performing the Self Assessments of end to end process3. Process Reengineering and Simplification 4. Ensuring the integrity of master data and performing tests on other Control Report• Internal Audit & Self Assessments: As a responsible for the entity wide controls, following is also my responsibility:1. Internal Audit planning and preparation2. Co-ordination for Audit• Policy Guidance: These are mainly related to the following three sort of policies:1.
