Experience of Petrochemical Plant Operation and commissioning ( Gas Field, Oil Refinery , Ammonia Plant , Utilites , Urea, CAN ).Started my career From Oil Refinery as Junior Process engineer. Product optimization through Hysis,Catalyst Regeneration.Joined Ammonia Plant of Fauji Fertilizer as shift Manger and Effectively handled Plant Emergency and Plant Start up & Shut down. HIRARC Survey of Plant different Sections,Shut down and Turnaround Jobs planning,Annual Budget Planning,Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) of plant different sections.Joined Fatima Fertilizer as commissioning senior engineer of Ammonia plant. Worked with Core process team of MW Kellogg during commissioning. Successfully commissioned Ammonia ,Urea and CAN plant.OMV Pakistan Kadanwari Gas Field joined as production team leader and got experience of New gas wells commissioning , Reciprocating gas engines and compressors, Aero-derivative Turbine coupled with centrifugal Gas compressor ,CO2 removal (UOP Membrane technology), Maximo , SAP (MM,PM ), Process Safety.
