Organization Development Have worked extensively on implementing ZIL Rewards & Recognition Program, Bonus Plans, Key Talent Identification, Open Job Posting, Career Management systems and News Letter Publication.Compensation: Actively support to Head of HR in Managing all aspects of local compensation and benefits including salary surveys in the local market, recommendations to change salary ranges & salary planning for all management employees. Performance Management system - Implemented performance management system called Performance Connections. Responsible to train and facilitate all the department and ensure that the rating distribution is within guidelines.HR policies and procedures: Reviewed existing; proposed changes and implemented the same.

Development of HRIS Systems (ERP): Responsible to support in development & implementation of HR and Payroll module being a part of Steering Committee member.Orientation Process: Developed Orientation Kit for new comers; outlined induction process based on best practices.Training & development: Responsible to conduct Competency based TNA, a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis based on competency models and to integrate them into key Human Resource processes.
