CurrentProvide Leadership and management to QC lab.Responsible for day to day operations of Labs and compliance of QC activities according to company policies and standards, GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.Provide technical directions to the sites in general chemistry and analytical instrumentations.Implementation of contineous improvement program to improve laboratory cycle time for testing and calibration.Responsible for laboratory action plans that support site KPI.Responsible for All QC release e.g Raw material, Final productsDeliver timely communication of critical information to site Leadership team.Ensure Laboratory operations readiness for audit and inspection.Collaboration with site Director in capacity, investment, and cost planning.Participates in supplier audits and self inspections.
