Responsible for conducting testing activities including analysis, design, implementation, and reporting for in-house software, to ensure the product meets the required quality level.Responsibilities:• Design and develop test cases for software tools and websites to verify product functionality according to user requirements• Write clear bug reports and scenarios to ensure clear communication with the software developer• Approve updates to the software tools and websites while ensuring product efficiency• Maintain and manage manual and automated scripts and test databases• Write SQL queries for data retrieval• Test software releases by executing assigned tests • Test web services and APIs• Support the team with testing tasks as required• Follow up with junior software testers and report status to the team leader• Report overall project status and generate statistics

In charge of receiving software new modules of modifications from the TL and conducting analysis and design.Responsibilities:• Create, execute, and maintain test cases for software tools and websites to verify product functionality according to users’ requirements.• Write clear bug reports and scenarios to ensure clear communication with the software developer.• Report issues through the bug tracking system.• Investigate defects reported.• Follow-up issues till closure.• Perform compatibility testing on the software.• Participate in quality and functionality improvement of software applications.

Responsible for acting as a liaison between the team members and all the concerned parties to ensure the quality of the Books, News, Articles, and Posts and to facilitate the workflow.• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team members to guarantee it is up to the quality standards.• Assign the Books, News, Articles, and Posts to the team members.• Help and guide the members to finalize the Books, News, Articles, and Posts in order to be published.• Respond to the members’ technical queries and provide them with any updates in the tools and style guide to facilitate the workflow.• Quality assuring the finished Books, News, Articles, and Posts to ensure quality and consistency.• Follow up with the IT Department and Web Designing team to solve any errors/bugs in the tools/site and system to facilitate the workflow.• Send feedback to all the concerned teams to identify and avoid any existing or potential errors in the Books, News, Articles, and Posts in order to be solved and reach a better quality.• Revision and Quality assuring the printed books.

Responsible for revising the Books, News, Articles, and Posts and assure that they are matching the style to ensure the quality before publication.• Revise the Book.pdf (Cover, Copyright Page, Page Layout, Figures) and Check its Quality according to the Style.• Add the ISBN & رقم الإيداع of the Book.• Make Sure that the XML File is in the Right Format with no Technical errors.• Fix any non-Well-Formed Parts.• Check both Book.epub & Book.mobi for the iPad and Kindle.• Send Feedback to the Layout and Markup Member to Identify and Avoid any Existing or Potential Errors.• Revise and Check the Quality of the News, Translated Articles, and both Translated and Arabic Posts by Checking the Word File, the XML Output and How Do these Articles Look on the Site.• Work on any Assigned Special Tasks.

•‎ Receive the original manuscript (Word file) from the team leader.•‎ Receive figures files and the book cover ‎from the Graphics team.• Reformat the manuscript into the in-house style using “Oxygen” (XML ‎Editor).• Add figures and codes in the XML ‎file.• Check, validate, and mark-up index entries.•‎ Put figures files, cover, and XML file in separate folders and use the company tool to ‎convert the XML file to PDF.•‎ Compare the output (PDF file) with the original file (source).•‎ Make any corrections required in the book.•‎ Deliver the final version of the book to the team leader.
