•Upgrading 4p profile and benefit pack.•Co-operation with IPR head in the marketing plan.•Co-operation with Academy PM in marketing plan for the academy.•Responsible for heads recruitment in his section " IPR,EPR,FR"•Set a communication plan to coordinate between the committees in his section.•Monitoring the work of his section to make the best results for 4p'15.•Make an operational plan with the head.•Evaluating the heads in his section and send reports to general vice president and president.•Helping the heads in the recruitment of members and their training.•Send reports to president and vice president about the progress of his section.•Working with IPR, and quality management committees to develop the most effective marketing plans.•Co-ordinate with FR&EPR heads to make a list of past sponsors, prospective companies and individuals that have interest in supporting us to contact them any time.

•Planning and executing marketing campaigns for 4P’s projects, vision, values … etc.•Managing all relations with our college administration (including approvals for sessions, booths, info desks, campaigns … etc.)•Handling booths and info desks and dealing with public (including ushering and helping the DCRs with registration process).•Responsible for 4P’image in our college•Responsible for 4P’15 social media channels•developing social media channels according to quality management analysis.
