Supervise, Monitor and Lead all day to day affairs of the company regarding finance, administration and operations.

Supervise and head all the activities of the accounts & admin department.- Monitoring daily book keeping, finalization of accounts, product costing, cost efficiencies, monitoring production activities, inventory levels, production efficiencies and qualitative & quantitative analysis.- Handling all the issues related to income tax and sales tax making sure the timely filing of tax returns and handling any type of tax audit conducted by the concerned department.- Dealing with banks, vendors and customers regarding all the financial issues on day to day basis.- Effective internal control, proper design and functioning of the financial resources management system. - Creating budgets and forecasts for the management & ensuring compliance with accounting deadlines. - Financial Analysis Presentations to Marketing Team and C.E.O. in management review meetings.- Closely monitoring general administration functions & implementation of HR and Admin procedures.

Major Responsibilities- Managing the department with responsibility of Budgets, Forecasting, Payroll, Account Receivable & Accounts Payable.- Finalization of accounts, product costing & forecasting, qualitative and quantitative analysis, cash flow control, - Making and monitoring the implementation of budgets and other financial and internal control policies.- Dealing with income and sales tax matters making sure the timely filing of tax returns.- Prepare / Develop monthly receivable and collection analysis reports for senior management.- Study, analyze and report on trends, opportunities for expansion, and projection of future company growth and effectively input into strategy plans.

Job responsibilities- Making and monitoring the monthly, quarterly and annual budgets and doing comparative analysis- Monitoring internal reporting system and conducting internal audit on monthly basis with detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis.- Making and executing cost control and cost efficiency policies and reporting directly to higher management
