Run the all warranty setup across the country successfully And Backup support to Sales & Service Dept.  To monitor daily claims process across the country.• New Parts Inventory Control at our Store & regional Stores• To monitor the new parts invoice to Dealers.• Randomly check the Stock ledger our & regional offices also.• To check the claims process (claims forms, claim entry in the system, • And properly debit to concern Vendors & plant)• Sign the payment about Dealers claims.  All technical & commercial support to Regional staff. To monitor the daily task and Assign task to subordinate. Weekly meeting with the management regarding technical claims To prepare the Warranty Expenses & recovery Sheet. To verify the technical problem in the market & study with Vendor & plant End. Take Counter action regarding claims & feed back to Service. To educate the claims Dealers & Regional Staff also. Periodical Visit to market Regarding Product improvement. Monthly basis make a presentation regarding claims & expenses and deliver to management. Monthly visit Manufacturing & assembling Plants & Detail discussion regarding market problems & implementation about problems.
