Responsibilities:- Handled the operational business support for 5000+ international properties and 5 top global chains across South East Asia, Asia, Europe, America, and the rest of international to provide the finest customer experience.- Worked closely with the market manager to managed tiket.com's seasonal campaigns, such as International Deals and Online Tiket Week (OTW) by facilitated promotions for over 3,000 international properties to boosted sales and enhanced bookings.- Performed thorough benchmarking analyses and conducted ongoing assessments of rate availability and market competitiveness across 2,000+ international properties as recommendations for market manager strategic development.

Shipper is one of the fastest-growing tech company in Indonesia. In just few years, Shipper has built a vast network of fulfillment centers and partnered with hundreds of local delivery companies across the country. Shipper aims to digitize Indonesian logistics and enable cost-efficiencies at nationwide scale.Responsibilities:- Devised a monthly Promo Shipping campaign with 3PLs partner and successfully increased transaction orders by up to 77.22%.- Assisted in organizing the ShipFest TikTok Live Selling Festival campaign by successfully working with 6 brands and getting 795,740 impressions on social media.- Managed 5 Mega KOLs & 11 Micro KOLs to promote the ShipFest Live Selling Festival campaign and helped to compose the brief & storyline.- Created email marketing for Promo Shipping & ShipFest campaign and proposed an engaging copy concept for Shipper's Google Display Network.
