I am a recent graduate from Alma Ata University Yogyakarta majoring in management with high enthusiasm for a career in human resources and administration. During my studies, I have learned various aspects of management. My education not only provided theoretical knowledge, but also involved many practical projects and case studies that helped me understand how managementconcepts are applied in the real world. During my college days, I actively participated in various campus activities such as seminars, and student organizations. I also participated in the independent student exchange activities organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture. Participation in these activities has helped me develop my leadership, communication and teamwork skills. I also had the opportunity to intern at several institutions, which provided valuable experience and deep insight into real-world management practices. With my academic achievements and practical experience, I was able to graduate on time with a 4.00 GPA. I am committed to continuous learning and development. My goal is to become a management professional capable of making significant contributions to the organizations I work for in the future. I believe that the combination of formal education and practical experience I have will be a strong capital in achieving a successful career in management and a successful career in business and administration.
