Private Equity & Real Estate Services•Accurate and timely execution of agreed day to day processes supporting the transaction management, cash & security tracking, and document management functions across a range of Private Capital structures, including input and validation of manual entries to cash and transactions reconciliation logs, collation of investment/divestment papers, and presentation metrics and control data.• Ensure tolerance checks are complete and any outstanding items are investigated and cleared and that related audit and regulatory requirements of service level agreements.• Ownership verification activities include reconciliation of investment record with documents, entities holding Real Estate on behalf of client funds. • Accurate and timely execution of agreed day to day processes supporting the capital call / subscription, distribution/redemption, transfer, and conversion functions across a range of Private Capital Services structures.• Respond to all queries in a timely and effective manner and propose solutions for consideration with the agreed governance and change framework. • Build productive relationship with internal departments and create working relationship as part of the wider Malaysia Client Operations Team and support cross-working and operational improvement initiatives. • Ensure activities and controls are documents in comprehensive procedures and support the governance and control of the team through the application of professional awareness risk mind-set. • Involve in migration from RBC to CACEIS IS Malaysia, by attending E-Front system training to prepare for migration from Transaction Management to Depositary. • Handling various type of fund including Fund of Fund, Loan Debt, Private Equity and Real Estate as such Patrimonium, Kartesia, Vaudoise and several other more.
