Key Responsibilities:Safeguard debtors' receivables, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial risk profile and cash flow position. Optimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to align with Accounts Receivable investment ratios while minimizing risk.Analyze credit risk, providing management with insights and recommendations on credit efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee daily credit control operations, conducting assessments of customer creditworthiness and risk.Foster strong relationships with clients, both internally and externally, across all levels. Demonstrate a keen ability to reconcile complex accounts with meticulous attention to detail.Act as the primary contact for credit references, defaulter litigation, and debt recovery management. Lead initiatives for ERP system enhancements and the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for Accounts Receivable.Review and analyze turnover, spending accounts, GST transactions, sales P&L, and ROI for comprehensive management reporting. Ensure the implementation and sustainability of internal controls and operations in line with accounting procedures and policies.Assess and mitigate risks related to criminal breach of trust within sales operations to minimize losses and optimize profits.
