To undertaker other related jobs as may be directed by the superior from time to time.5. To participate jobs fair and career fair conducted by Jobs Malaysia and Jabatan tenaga Kerja (JTK)6. To prepare interview minute paper and obtain approval.7. To raise proposal paper on the new policies on contract staff, upgrade new format in documentation. 8. To advertise job vacancies in Jobstreet.com and Job Malaysia portal.9. Announcement of appointment, placement and resignation (early retirement) staffs.10. Involving in MS 9001:2015 documentation11. To coordinate HR event eg majlis PEDOMAN,Sesi bersama CEO etc12. Involving in MS ISO 9001 : 2015 documentation.13. Handling cases regarding employment contract & Payroll with JTK and IR office.

Payroll, benefits & Administration• Expert in using ORISOFT Payroll systems.• Full spectrum of HR function with payroll processing.• Handling in promotion, benefit, bonus and transfer staffs.• Prepare monthly HR and payroll related reports.2. Managing the Human Resources Plan and Strategy• Translates business priorities into operating unit Human Resources strategies, plans and actions• Leads, Advise and Implements and sustains Human Resources initiatives and best practices at the Management and operating unit • Creates value through proactive approaches that will affect performance outcome or control cost.• Responsible for Human Resources strategy and execution.• Serves as key change manager for initiatives that have high associate impact.• Attends General Meeting and provides meaning or context to the Human Resources results (e.g., retention statistics, critical open positions, associate satisfaction, and training initiatives and results)3.Managing recruitment and staff cost.• Champions and builds the talent management ranks in support of company strategy.• Analyses open positions to balance the development of existing talent and business needs.• Serves as coach and expert in selection process and interviewing procedures.• Surfaces opportunities in work processes and staffing optimization• Makes staffing decisions to manage the talent cadre and pipeline at the property• Develops staffing relating to hiring practices; compensation, benefits, etc• Monitors sourcing process and outcomes of staffing process; collaborates and coordinates sourcing efforts with third party, if any• Leads and participates in succession management and workforce planning• Establish recruitment strategies for the Group including factories and handles all recruitment, support efforts and employment permit issues for all level including temporary and expatriate employees.
