Tetra Pak Aseptic1. Assisting in Maintenance:Support in preventive and corrective maintenance of filling machines (e.g., TBA-19, A3 Speed), straw applicators, and shrink machines.Participate in troubleshooting and resolving machine breakdowns.Learn how to maintain aseptic standards and ensure equipment performance.2. Training and Development:Participate in training programs to understand aseptic processes, packaging solutions, and machinery functions.Learn about the technical operations of equipment and the company’s specific protocols for maintenance.3. Compliance and Safety:Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulations during operations.Understand and implement Tetra Pak quality and safety procedures in maintenance activities.4. Collaboration with Teams:Work closely with senior engineers, production staff, and other departments to learn and contribute to smooth plant operations.Gain experience in teamwork and communication within the plant environment.

As Mechatronics Engineer I do learn both parts in Power House.As Mechanical, I'm learning about the mechanics, working and auxiliary of the Nigata Engine (18V28AHX) in detail.As Electrical or Electronics, I'm learning about the Generation types, and there Synchronization Mechanism, And Shifting of Loads from one engine to other. And I also learning about Solar Genaration and there Techniques.I was also part of 12K Maintenance of Nigata Engine.

 Mechanics and working of different Plant Machinery.  To provide Mechanical support in Mechanical problems of Machinery.  Maintenance of Tetra Pak Plant.  Training units were Tetra pak brik aseptic, bottle filling and boiler unit. Machinery under training were (Tetra brik Aseptic Plant, Pasteurizer, Straw Applicator, Stamp Applicator, Cap Applicator.
