- Responsible for the entire network infrastructure at Yupi, including the headquarters and all other sites.- Designs and improves the existing network topology of Yupi, as well as for any new factories.- Monitoring, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices to keep the device is working smoothly.- Managing over 160+ Network Devices (L3 switch, L2 Switches, Firewall, Access Points, Network Controllers).- Handling and supporting 200+ user computers and 50 handheld barcode scanners.- Supervise IT infrastructure projects, including: Problem-solving, Planning and Design, Implementation.- Coordination with all involved and impacted parties to ensure smooth and successful project execution, User Acceptance Testing (UAT).- Reporting Weekly and Monthly to IT Manager.

- Act as the Person in Charge (PIC) for managing the OKPortal WiFi system. - Manage and configure WiFi advertisements across several malls in Jakarta. - Analyze digital hotspot users to generate data for digital marketing purposes. - Design and implement network projects. Maintain ISP network devices. - Resolve customer network issues and provide optimal solutions. - Monitor and manage 160 Access Points (Ubiquiti, Cambium, and Motorola). - Configure FTTH client activations in OLT. Prepare and submit reports to all relevant parties.

- Configure public hotspot in several malls at jakarta- Analyze hotspot user data for marketing needs
