Work with test engineering to optimize test program limits and coverage.5. Work with factory engineering to resolve product manufacturing issue.6. Carry out test insertion reduction, parallel test conversion, test platform transfers, and development of innovative test methodologies.7. Perform qualification of product changes, wafer fab transfers, and new package release.8. Execute on product engineering tasks in support of New Product Introduction and/or maintenance of Product already in volume production.9. Take ownership of cost reduction planning and execution, Zero Defect / quality improvement.10. New product start-up, product quality, cost & yield improvement.
