At this position is reaponsible for:* sales and recovery target achievement*Establishing effective relationship with top costumers at all tiers* Ensure business retention as per company's guidance* Increase sales through optimizing existing business* Exploring new business avenues/developing new products* Increase market share* Formulate and implement effective business development strategies and plans to achieve business goals* Monitor and Maximizing profitability by developing customized cost - effective solutions based on client needs*Gathering business intelligence through market contacts and sharing new business trends with the management* Developing action plans based on gathered market intelligence & Utilizing strong product knowledge* Providing e2e solution to customer ( one window solution) including customer operations* Support back-end teams by providing advice and solution to meet customer requirements* Preparation, submission & follow up of bid documents* Contract management (Pre & Post)* Ensuring smooth transactions between client and company, starting from project initiation, planning, and execution closing at post execution recovery of payments* Preparation on yearly sales budget* Implementation of rate revision & fuel adjustment factor* Successfully managing a corporate sales team ( TOs, BDMs, etc ) by monitoring their daily visit reports and surprise field visits & succession planning* Assisting credit collection team & ensuring all receivables are in line with company policy* Closely monitor branch/station level sales & recovery targets* Ensure Zero aging beyond 60 days
