As the Founder of Team Zahra, an environment-based NGO, I am responsible for managing a diverse team of nearly 90 members across two countries, the UAE and Pakistan. Our team consists of passionate individuals from top schools in both countries, bringing a wealth of experience to our initiatives. We are committed to raising awareness about environmental sustainability through impactful events.I lead seven key departments, overseeing all operational aspects to ensure the smooth execution of our initiatives. This includes coordinating event planning, resource allocation, and team management across multiple cities in Pakistan. Notable successful events, such as Ashjar Al Hayat and Ard Nazifa, have been conducted in both the Pakistan and UAE, significantly contributing to environmental consciousness in the communities we serve.I work closely with the Executive Council to make strategic decisions and oversee the smooth execution of tasks. My role involves maintaining effective communication between teams, ensuring the alignment of goals, and driving the overall success of our initiatives. Team Zahra's success is a testament to our collective dedication, and we continue to expand our reach, making a lasting impact in both the UAE and Pakistan.

As a team member of Carson's Milieu in the environment module for Beaconhouse Notion of Academia '25 (BNA'25), I am responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing three key rounds focused on environmental sustainability:Round 1: New DawnWhich revolves around designing sustainable settlements in a world impacted by climate change.Round 2: Seeds of Survival Which focuses on adapting agricultural practices to address environmental and ecological crises.Round 3: Waste to WonderWhich challenges participants to transform waste materials into innovative, eco-friendly products.In addition to managing and conducting these rounds, I will also be involved in judging the teams, assessing their creativity, problem-solving abilities, and adherence to sustainable practices. My role allows me to contribute to an event that provides a platform for students to explore and address critical environmental challenges, fostering innovation and practical skill development in the process.
