As the Founder of Team Zahra, an environment-based NGO, I am responsible for managing a diverse team of nearly 90 members across two countries, the UAE and Pakistan. Our team consists of passionate individuals from top schools in both countries, bringing a wealth of experience to our initiatives. We are committed to raising awareness about environmental sustainability through impactful events.I lead seven key departments, overseeing all operational aspects to ensure the smooth execution of our initiatives. This includes coordinating event planning, resource allocation, and team management across multiple cities in Pakistan. Notable successful events, such as Ashjar Al Hayat and Ard Nazifa, have been conducted in both the Pakistan and UAE, significantly contributing to environmental consciousness in the communities we serve.I work closely with the Executive Council to make strategic decisions and oversee the smooth execution of tasks. My role involves maintaining effective communication between teams, ensuring the alignment of goals, and driving the overall success of our initiatives.
