- Departmental Exposure: I gained valuable exposure to the operational functions and day-to-day responsibilities of critical departments, including Marketing, Technical, Customer Experience, and Retail Sales. - Customer Site Visit: I had the opportunity to visit a customer's house and participate in network and router installation. This hands-on experience allowed me to understand the practical challenges and solutions in providing top-notch customer service.- Cable Landing Station in Penang: Traveling to Penang to visit the Cable Landing Station (CLS) was an eye-opening experience. I also had the chance to conduct on-site fiber splicing, enhancing my technical skills and understanding of network infrastructure.- AIMS Data Center Visit: Visiting the AIMS Data Center was an incredible experience. I learned about the critical role data centers play in ensuring network reliability and gained insights into their advanced technologies and operations.

I was assigned to be part of EPF (Employees Provident Fund) team. Throughout the 24 weeks of industrial training, not only to use knowledge gained from courses taken in university, I was also given chances to explore more than I have learned before, such as Spring Boot, Angular and also Apache Wicket.
