  Currently working as a PCBA Manufacturing engineer for medical products in Jabil. In charge of the product yield and determines the process of the product. Actively working with the production side to improve products' yield, output and quality. Assigned to Becton Dickinson work cell and supporting Masimo work cell at the same time.In charge of New Product Introduction(NPI) as well. Performing engineering quotes and covering the whole NPI preparation process including data package reviewing, CAD and BOM comparing, tooling and stencil CAD/Gerber reviewing. Equipped with stencil and solder paste knowledge. Contact with tooling supplier for assigned processes (SMT Pallet, Wave Soldering Pallet, etc). Already involved in the readiness of over 40+ PCB models. Involved in the first Engineering build to set machine parameters and provide feedback to customers in the form of an Engineering Build Report and Product Qualification Report (medical practice).Involved in customer calls and providing product-related feedback to the customer. Work on the improvement plan to improve the quality of the processes involved (wasted parts, design issues, SMT machine setups and parameters). Collect, analyse and come up with a root cause analysis (RCCA) to reduce defects and losses due to parts wastage caused by defects from machine and human error.In general, my job title in Jabil is as a Manufacturing Engineer for 2 work cells (Becton Dickinson and Masimo)In specific, my job is divided into 3 specific engineering categories:i) NPI Engineer (Running simulations, understanding drawings and assigning the correct process to the product. Made preparations for the PCBA Build and reports)ii) Process Engineer (Continuous improvement plan to reduce failures and errors by doing data analysis)iii) Product Engineer (Ensure the product is properly built until packaging by cooperating as a team member with the Quality, Industrial, Test Engineering team and production teams)
