- Manage & record incoming and outgoing drilling material into and from warehouse.- Record and update all material use to well, to be repair, and also assembly (make up) at 3rd parties.- To maintain drilling material inventory by having perpetual physical check and coordinate with user and also Inventory Analyst.- Reconcile drilling material as per system.- Responsible to create, report and monitor material status and distribution plan and progress.- Responsible to create monthly report to supervisor & superintendent.- Manage and supervise audit process from internal or external.- Manage and monitor drilling inventory material at warehouse.- Manage & supervise day to day planning for the team.- Prepare drilling exploration, infill, work over, and well service materials as per well diagram and load out list.- Manage material inspection for ex used and stock material and report it to Drilling department.- Maintain material inventory at 3rd parties.- In charge for overall Logistics functional matters such as: a. Material and Warehouse CoordinatorResponsibilities :- Monitoring material request from User (Project and Operation Department) and coordinate its preparation with Warehouse Staff- Monitoring and assisting loading material to the truck to be sent to the location (offshore and contractor) and unloading material receipt in warehouse- Transacting the documentation for material sent to the location (offshore and contractor) and material receipt in warehouse for Inventory Management (IM) Level- Manage material inventory by implementing daily stock take, perpetual stock take, and annual stock take with Warehouse Staff- Design the mapping of material stored in warehouse to improve the efficiency of material stacking and preparation- Maintain database of material by reviewing the material data components such as status (ready to use, need repair, damage), the age of material stored in warehouse, and document references- Upload data of backload material from offshore and from contractor to the system as stock material- Evaluate material condition to ensure its readiness to be used by user by coordinating with QC Department- Initiate excess material (backload material from offshore) utilisation to reduce purchase new material by user by reviewing stock of excess material periodically and offer it to user- Make daily plan for Warehouse Staff- Make weekly report- Assist Warehouse Supervisor in evaluating Warehouse Staff performance and give advice for their improvement or possibility to transfer to another position- Act as Warehouse Supervisor when Warehouse Supervisor is off duty

Responsibilities:- To decide sourcing/supplier for engine part in new vehicle project.- Asses cost quoted by supplier for engine part new vehicle in project.- Negotiate the price with supplier to achieve TMMIN target for new vehicle project.- Do ‘’Genba’’, which is come directly to the place to see what supplier problems really are and then collect the data, and try to solve the problem with the data itself.- Review annual price for current/running vehicle for engine part to make sure that the adjustment of the price annually still meet the company’s target

Responsibilities :- To decide which part of the car engine to be purchased from the supplier and which part made by in house production by coordinating with Toyota Japan and Engineering Department.- To plan how to achieve the cost target of purchasing for engine parts.- Coordinate with Toyota Japan for the strategy to achieve the cost target.- Coordinate with buyer to decide the supplier of engine parts.- Summary the price of engine parts from in house production and supplier.
