Recruitment & Selection:To ensure timely recruitment of required level and managing entire recruitment process in order to meet business needs. Payroll Management:Overall salary administration of company employees (including Permanent, Contractual & Field Officers).Provident fund Management contributions of employees and employer in PF system on monthly basis.Regularly update HCM with new joiners and leavers for payroll process and ensure compliance through monthly Audit.Strong coordination with the IT department for any change in HCMFull & Final Settlement/Clearance Process:Responsible for timely Full & Final Settlements of ex-employees to create positive image of company in market.Full & final settlement notice/letter and recovery letter to the ex-employees as per requirement for case processing and for complianceHR Operations:Performance Management & development process by setting annual work objectives across the company.Letter Drafting (offer letter, Appointment letter, confirmation letter, Final Settlement letter, Salary Letter, Experience Letter, Transfer Letter, Revision of Salary) as per requirement for proper communication.Responsible to manage employee’s health and life insurance. (Data base maintenance, follow up of claims, addition and deletion of employee’s record on monthly basis)Regularity Affairs:Handle & Supervise HR regularities on monthly basis to stream line the HR operations and to ensure compliance.Handle Legal Issues and liaison with Government departments EOBI and PESSI to ensure compliance.Conduct / organize annual HR audit with external auditors to stream line the process and compliance.
