- Build and maintain strong relationships with Mobily's key corporate customers. - Understand the customer's needs and goals and work to ensure that their expectations are met. - Develop strategic account plans that outline Mobily's goals and objectives for each key customer. - Identify new business opportunities with key corporate customers. - Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities. - Negotiate contracts and agreements with key corporate customers to ensure that Mobily is getting the best possible terms and conditions. - Provide exceptional customer service to key corporate customers by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.

- Handle back office tickets,- Provide 7*24H online enquiries and email replies services to customers.- Handle customer enquiries, advice and suggestions via email or online tools.- Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advice- provide feedback in the form of documentation.- Handle customer complaints, any special cases or ad hoc tasks.
