It is a Live Chat Support system developed for chat centers. Its purpose is to manage resources, auto assign chats to trained resources, track visitors on the website and generate reports depending on multiple criterion.

This software can read Profile data, Channel Information, Total demand, maximum demand, phases information and history data.
