• Owning and running various business assurance controls to meet our team KPIs and objectives to ensure the completeness and accuracy of billing and to minimise revenue leakage.• Working with the team and wider business to deliver new business assurance and to make improvements to existing ones to cover identified risks and gaps.• Articulating issues in a structured way so that the Business can understand any identified risks. - Work with staff handling financial settlement, payments and receipts.• Detecting fraud and systems weakness, determining systems requirements, reconciling bills based on billing platforms, switches, HLR's.• Perform data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Hadoop, Oracle, PL/SQL, Power Bi and MS-Excel.• Automating Controls to minimize fraud and detect data anomaly using Python and MySQL Server management Studio.

Hands-on experience with Huawei’s Big Data analytics and Business Intelligence solution Smart Care using SQL data mining techniques and data visualization tools.• Correlation study, root cause analysis, user behavior study, customer complaints, CEM, NPM, KPI/KQI benchmarking, social media analytics.• Ad-hoc requirements and reporting for higher management.• Use-case development to cover various aspects of customer behavior and develop insights for customer retention and revenue assurance.
