-Carry out Proactive Monitoring under Group of Information Technology and Digital on MCBC system by TM Tech. The monitoring session is carry out by using Dynatrace.- Handling the SOP needed during incident related to MCBC system from the detection of incident from Proactive monitoring until the search of root cause of the incident by using Dynatrace- Joining the project team related to GITD- Provide analysis of incident through Power BI

During my internship, there are several responsibilities that have been appointed to me.- Appointed as Project Coordinator for NGOS project for Sapura Secured Technologies. On this role, I am resposible to handle every works between the company and client site and also incharge directly for the event between company such as User Acceptance Testing and also End User Training- Handling on adjusting timeline so that client product could be deliver on time- Appointed as Manual Tester for several system developed by the company. For testing, I am using the Black Box method to test the functionality of the system. - Completed several testing plan, test cases and also user manual for system- Support the senior developer on front end side by using Angular Js- Help on support client on site after the system Go-Live- Appointed as trainer for End User Training
