Current1) Manages all aspects of recruitment, including shortlisting, scheduling, and coordinating interviews for non-managerial positions (utilizing platforms like Jobstreet and LinkedIn). Develops recruitment strategies to streamline the entire process, from candidate sourcing to screening, interviews, and employment contract finalization.2) Acts as the liaison with relevant government bodies and agencies for HR-related matters. This includes handling applications with entities such as Immigration, JTK, MEF, HRDF, and others.3) Holds overall responsibility for the administration of foreign workers' hostels and oversees expatriates' immigration matters. Manages tasks related to foreign workers' permit renewals, such as FOMEMA, insurance, E-PLKS, and demonstrates proficiency in the REKAB program.4) Coordinates training activities conducted by both internal experts and external training institutions. Manages claims for training that is eligible for HRDF reimbursement.5) Tracks and disseminates HR statistics as required. Ensures the onboarding process and orientation programs cater to the needs of new employees, both local and foreign.6) Assumes responsibilities in Employee Relations, including counseling, floor time feedback, handling grievances, and facilitating information dissemination.7) Undertakes any additional HR assignments as needed.8) Holds the responsibility of ensuring the active status of work permits, employment passes, visa applications, special passes, and check-out memos for foreign workers. Maintains effective communication with immigration officers throughout these processes.
