• Oversee, coordinate, and monitor all accounting and financial activities.

• Month end closing tasks including ERP closing process, adjustments, variances and commentary on results.
• Managing treasury including cash management, liquidity planning and control, short-term investments. Management of interest rate risk, Debt and equity raising, and other corporate finance matters.
• Responsible for the preparation of annual budget and making it for the board recommendation/approval.
• Liaison with auditors, lenders, rating agency and other financial institutions in order to ensure compliances and commitments.

Karachi

• As an internal auditor of the company, I had conducted several operational and financial audits where I was responsible to address the weaknesses of implemented internal controls to the management. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare quarterly audit plans.
• Evaluate the adequacy of the system of internal controls.
• Recommend improvements in controls.
• Assess compliance with policies and procedures and sound business practices.
• Assess compliance with state and federal laws and contractual obligations.

• Prepare payments, record invoices and make vendor reconciliations

• Record monthly accruals and ensure that all invoices have been recorded
• Prepare to deposit withholding income tax deducted from salaries, supplies, etc.
