Leading the Total Rewards function with focus on alignment of Rewards Strategy with Organizational objectives while ensuring employee retention through improved benefits and rewards.

Major roles & Responsibilities:• Supervise preparation of relevant, timely and accurate data as per the agenda for submission to Senior Management & Board Audit Committee for their decision making.• Supervise the Consolidation and monitoring of execution of Annual Audit Plan of the group.• Operational Risk coordinator on behalf of Audit & Risk Review Group which involves liaison with Operational Risk department in development, monitoring and reporting of KRIs.• Performing Quality Assurance review of all units within Audit & Risk Review Group.• Secretary for the Control Committee meetings and Regional / Departmental Heads meetings.• Supervise implementation of the Internal Control Guidelines to ensure Bank is compliant with the Regulatory Requirements in respect of ICFR testing & reporting Result thereof. • Prepare departmental budget, consolidation & monitoring of group budget and perform monthly variance analysis for Group Head’s review.

To perform internal audit (i.e. Management & IT audit) and review of various business functions of the bank as per SBP guidelines, internal bank policies and procedures, and market best practices. Perform risk assessment, identify, monitor and report on key risks and communicate with stakeholders for the assigned business areas. Further, to ensure that the highlighted risks are adequately addressed and mitigated by implementation of controls.Actively track and escalate, where appropriate, significant issues and audit findings that remain unresolved. Support the implementation of contact/communication strategy with key stakeholders throughout the audit cycle. Adopt an anticipatory approach to risk assessment through dialogue with stakeholders to assist audit planning and provide quality input to relevant management on emerging risks.Establish and develop effective working relationships with Management of the business units for which the incumbent has risk assessment responsibility.Develop understanding of business strategy, plans, products, performance and risk-related issues at business unit level and communicating these to the relevant Team members. Share knowledge, skills and experience with team members to guide and assist in their development.Provide non-assurance services to business units where required, through participation on advisory engagements/special projects within the Group Special reviews of General Ledgers of branches and head office functions such as Retail Banking, Operations, Human Resources, etc. and identify abnormal transactions and ensure that these are appropriately settled.Major Audits undertaken as a Team Leader:HBL Mortgage Loans -2011 Application Security Unit (ASU) audit -2011Centralized Operations Processing Centre (COPC) - 2011Audits undertaken as a Team member:
