-Conducted in depth consumer behavior research while shopping online for FMCG category and grocery items.-Conducted 10 focus groups and in depth interviews along with 300+ surveys in Karachi and Lahore.-Presented key findings and recommendations for online retailers and existing players in the FMCG retail sector.-Presented findings and strategy recommendations to existing MindShare clientele such as Dalda Foods.

My daily tasks included updating the online portal with relevant information about existing and upcoming products as well as monitoring the content and its validity especially for the mobile phone category.

I assisted in transforming the business from a physical store to an online presence in the wake of the COVID-19 lockdown alongside working out the logistics for delivery and pickup. I assisted in creating a social media marketing plan and generating content for social media accounts while maintaining correspondence with customers. I gained insights on SME’s and family businesses as well as how to operate them efficiently.

I worked in the operations and account opening departments where my tasks involved dealing with customer complaints, queries as well as guiding them through the entire account opening process while informing them of the various accounts and benefits that the bank offered. For the latter part of my internship, I worked in the cheques and clearance departments.
