Commodity Accounting is the function that deals with maintaining a record of all the transactions that Logistics Unit of World Food Programme makes i.e. Arrivals, Dispatches, Deliveries, Loans, Repayments, Losses and Disposals etc. It helps to keep a track of the commodity stock position of WFP Warehouses, Ports, CP Warehouses, and In Transit stocks and forms the basis for good commodity management and planning. My other TOR,s were,- Data Analysis, Processing of Transporter and CP Invoices.- Strong Coordination with Warehouse colleagues and follow up for related documents. - Capturing and analysis of Dispatches/Receipts/Transformation/ Physical Inventory/ and other Logistics related documents in COMPAS.- Taking care of proper documentation.- Clearing HQ/CO Queries.- I was also ICT in charge at sukkur and take care of all networking and other computer issues in addition.

- With close coordination of project Coordinator and other sub offices data analysts and DEO,s providing them assistance and the requirement of data regarding the running projects.- Generation of Daily stock movement Reports and daily distribution plan and reports and submitting them to donors daily.- Generation of MPR and Invoices and submitting to donors.- Data analysis and if any discrepancy follow up with the sub offices for corrections. - Taking care of proper documentation.- Making reports for project managers according to data.- Reconciliation of Stock in the warehouses with the stock in soft on daily bases to avoid any discrepancy - Liaison with donors and clearing there Queries
