Daily- Check Transport usage against Driver Movement Record.- Check Transport usage with Master Chart - Flight Handling.- Key in Operator Return for Transport usage in SAP.- Creates Sale Orders by airlines in SAP.- Create Summary Work Sheets by airlines and Ambulance Service Providers.- Tracking of contract workers on missing clock in & out, absences, late in & early out.- To generate contract workers attendance for monthly billing.- Updating contract workers attendances with daily time sheet submitted by Service Crew Providers.Weekly- Tally attendance & paid amount with Service Crew Providers. Inform Service Crew Provider Staff no signature in timesheet.Monthly / Fortnightly- Invoice verification for Service Crew Billing.- Submit all summary worksheets by airlines and ambulance services providers to Finance for billing.- Manual submissions of Embassy Transport Usage to Finance.- To submit contract workers provisions to Finance.- Prepare Contract Worker Man Hour Figure.- Compute Liquidated Damages Charges to Finance.- Prepare & submit Graph for SQ/MI Contract Worker.- Prepare Service Crew MC and No Show lists to Service Planner.- To check and compute taxi invoices by sections (Woodland Transport).- Send certified taxi invoices to HODs for approval and send to Finance for payments.- Monthly Statistics & Provisions for staff transport.

- Daily newspaper distribution to all relevant department/GM.- All meeting rooms to ensure the marker pen, lighting, furniture are in order.- Collect Admin & HR Dept mails from the Mailing Room every morning & afternoon.- To report to supplier if the photocopy machine need to service or have any problem.- Monitoring the expiry date for company vehicle road tax, insurance & Puspakom inspection.- Inform supplier for cheque collection.- Other ad hoc task when required.

- Handling all matters regarding recruitment (Non - Exec)- Responsible for recruitment candidates call up & preparing question paper for recruitment candidates.-Monitoring and updating staff movement (Volkswagen, Volvo, Mitsubishi, Iveco)- Updating new employment staff into the system.- Distributing EA Form to staff.- Responsibilities handling staff access control.- Responsibilities in booking accommodation (for training staff) & recruitment.- Updating organization chart for 6 subsidiaries companies.- Provide administrative support.- Training coordinator.- Arranging SOCSO claims.
