- Manage 644 sites to be legalized under Zone 1 Legalization Project.- Liaise with all related departments to reconcile on the actual number of sites fall under various categories.- Liaise with the property department on matter pertaining to Tenancy Agreement and contract renewal.- Manage and coordinate Tenancy Agreement, Renewal Notice Offer, Land Title, Quit Rent and Assessment.- Oversee overall stage of Legalization Project inclusive of site survey, structure drawing, and technical approval until local authority submission.- Monitor and evaluate consultant performance to ensure that target submission to Local Authority is met.- Ensure projects are on schedule by monitoring performance, coordinating activities and solve problems arise.- Prepare weekly report on progress of projects that need to present to management.- Reviews and verify documents in term of purchase order requirement, reimburse and tax invoices.- Work with PBTs and consultants to ensure proper submission and solve problems arise.- Work on Rapid System, reviews and create Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order and Good Received.- Work with finance department and consultants to ensure proper receipt and payment.
