• Manage project and new model development, overseeing tasks and technical matters.• Assist management by preparing technical reports.• Manage task budget (CAPEX & OPEX) for project plant improvement & new model development.• Conduct feasibility studies for new model developments, and plant improvement.• Ensure compliance with ISO requirements through implementation of activities.• Coordinate site installation, trial activities, and commissioning processes.• Provide support to production lines for projects and improvement activities as needed.

• Perform government vehicle services, including changing engine oil, oil filters, and gear oil.• Plan and execute used machine recycling projects (e.g., Engine Oil Filter project).• Lead painting tasks for the Engine Oil Filter project.• Service vehicle radiators by inspecting, repairing, and maintaining cooling systems to prevent overheating.• Inspect, repair, and replace tires on government vehicles as needed.• Perform tire services, including changing, rotating, and wheel alignment using the Hunter HawkEye Elite® Alignment Machine.• Assist mechanics in drive shaft replacements, supporting disassembly, installation, and quality checks.

• Install electrical and instrument cables on the Bokor Platform.• Assist electricians with electrical improvement projects as directed by supervisors.• Perform electrical tasks on the Bokor Platform for Petronas at MMHE Pasir Gudang.• Ensure the work site is cleaned after completing tasks.

• Perform and document preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and product quality.• Calibrate tester machines promptly to maintain accuracy and consistency.• Manage spare parts inventory and report usage or losses to management.• Set up and repair Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs).• Troubleshoot and resolve recurring production equipment issues.• Follow safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.• Work with engineers to complete machine modifications, upgrades, and setups on schedule.• Coordinate machine shipments for upgrades to Singapore.
