During the period, As a Mechatronics Engineer, I have designed and integrated the hardware of Virtual Training Simulator for Military College Risalpur. We have used 5 Arduinos for different components of AVLB, TAM, EMP tanks. The communication is done through Arduinos to unity.

During my internship at Comcept, I have worked upon the Design and Fabrication of Motor Test Bench using Hardware-in- Loop concept. We have designed the test bench in Solid works and then fabricated it using PVC material. We have used two motors i.e. BLDC and Synchronous . We have used to different sensors to measure different parameters of Motors like Current, Voltage, Temperature, Vibration etc. The sensors sent values to controller which is ESP-32 , then this controller sent values to MATLAB where we have designed PID controller to not only measure but also control these parameters. Also We have used a slave Arduino to upload these parameters on firebase in real time

During this internship, I have worked on serial communication between Arduino and Unity. We have made hardware of simulators for different games and then integrated them to unity. For example, For a racing game, I have designed a pedal assembly, I have used potentiometers to get values from clutch,brake, race and then connected them to my own customized PCB where I have used Arduino Lenardo and then intergrated it to Unity. Its just one examples, I have designed the Gears system , Steering wheel etc
