• Design & Manufacture Various Wooden, Metallic & Araldite Patterns • To Execute Preventive Checks & repair work on Patterns and Too ling’s • To Study & Execute Methodology of repair and Modification. • To supervise manufacturing of Jigs, Fixture & Supports. • To Assist in application of Tooling & Fixtures during trials• To preparing patterns layouts. Reading & interpretation pattern drawings.• Pattern mounting. Repairing pattern when required by batching.• Pattern finishing (metal or wood).• Measuring dimensions using instrument. Pattern inspection.• Cleaning & house keeping the work area• Establishment of work shop for jig repairing and maintenance.• Pre-qualification of contractor in various categories for different works.• Development of spare parts store and its system for inventory control.• To maintain all Patterns and core boxes in good running condition.

Careful selection of maintenance people and build up a team compromised of 50 people having skills in diffferent areas.To make the preventive maintenance check sheets for all equipment.Establishment of work shop for jig repairing and maintenance.Pre-qualification of contractor in various categories for different works.Development of spare parts store and its system for inventory control.To arrange, provide and maintain uninterrupted supplies of electric and Mechanical utilities to plant for smooth production.To carry out the plant modification/renovation/Kaizen works through qualifed contractors.To maintain all Patternsand core boxs in good running condition.To plan and maintain equipment spare parts and also development of spare parts through local vendors.

To ensure the quality of the parts as per standard/specification at various stages such as OTS, Receiving and at Assembly Line.Responsibilities:Development of local parts especially related to engineProduction Planning& Quality Assurance of Engine AssemblyMonitoring the quality and supplies of local deleted components ensuring conformance to quality standard and delivery schedule.Work with deletion and develop vendors for under development parts.Provide technical support to the vendors involved in development of local parts of The Motor cycle.Design short terms and long term production plans, flexible enough to accommodate priority changes, keeping in view future sales projections and subsequently chalking out materials requirements and identifying cost effective supply sources.Monitoring and ensure that different working areas of Assy.working smoothly and in accordance with the production systems and standards.Ensure that the daily/monthly agreed targets for production and quality are accordingly met in accordance with the production schedule.Actively coordinate with all inter department shop heads and incharges and personaly intervene to help/resolve the problem areas, if any.Inspection of OTS according to standard / specification.To conduct the endurance test of various parts as per requirements.To supervise the vendor improvement program.To Inspection of Sample parts, Pilot Lot and Regular Supplies.
