Managed overall timelines, resource allocation, logistics of assigned tasks to different teams, etc to ensure the successful rollout of the overall system into production.• Created a detailed production cutover plan that listed the schedule of activities for pre go-live, go-live and post-go-live phases of the project for all tracks and explicitly defined the inter-dependencies among different scheduled activities and different tracks. Quality and level of detail in the plan was evident by a smooth cutover week and no deviations from the cutover plan.• Established quick credibility with the client by effectively reaching out to all stake holders in a proactive manner and made sure that there are no loose ends across the board.
