- Building different interfaces to allow the exchange of HL7 V2.x messages via TCP/IP between Cerner and other downstream systems. - Consulting with NHS Clients and providing a quality customer service to ensure deadlines are met. - Configuring Cerner interfaces with the use of CCL/SQL-based scripting. - Testing the exchange of different HL7 V2.x transactions such as ADT, ORM, ORU, MDM, SIU between different downstream requirements. - Experience in using Unix and other backend systems/applications. For example when troubleshooting or extracting specific files. - Resolving various issues with Networking & HL7 V2.x messaging.

Organizing and sorting bakery products gave me great insight on how big industries operate and how to work in such a fast and efficient environment. This role required me to adapt into different departments, which has given me comfort in tough situations that I may not have experience/specialty in. I enjoy being out of my comfort zone as it gives me an opportunity to learn and experience a variety of different tools. I also enjoyed working together in a team which helped bounce ideas of each other and insured our tasks are done in a timely manner. This allows us to learn of each other, speeding up the whole process in a healthy and enjoyable manner.

Working at Sainsburys gave me an insight on how the industry operates which helped me learn many aspects of the business (especially during the pandemic). This involved unloading heavy stock and ensuring the store would be ready for customers by the morning. I enjoyed working in a team and helping others out, which helped build my team working skills, alongside time management to ensure tasks are done in a timely manner.
