• Collecting, analyze requirements of the system to be developed and master the business processes against cycles in Microsoft Dynamics AX, such as:- Sales to Collect (STC)- Budgeting- Procurement- Finance• Develop reports in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamic AX) and processing data for reporting and Dashboard purposes, such as the Financial Dashboard (Power BI & Google Looker Studio):- Sales Performance.- Stock Units.- Payment Method Report- Collection & Aging (Sales, Receipts, Receivables) etc.• Provide recommendations for change management processes in ERP development (Microsoft Dynamic AX) to get good quality, productivity and effectiveness and prepare customization processes.• Conduct and document testing and UAT with users and deploy schedule to ensure it runs well in terms of quality and during data migration.• Create user manual in ERP program implementation (Microsoft Dynamic AX) and provide training for users.• Manage the ERP Property Developer database, including adjustments to user input data.• Monitoring problems that occur in the ERP system and problem solving user problems/issues so as not to become a "stopper" of the AX operational process.
